    Production of Prosecco

    Unlike Champagne, which is made using the traditional method, Prosecco is produced using the Charmat-Martinotti method. This method involves fermenting the wine in large stainless steel tanks, rather than individual bottles, resulting in a fresher and fruitier taste.

    Styles of Prosecco

    Prosecco wines come in three different styles, depending on the level of sweetness and fizziness: Brut, Extra Dry, and Dry.
